F or D to West 8th St station in Brooklyn. Take pedestrian bridge directly to the aquarium.

By Bus:
B36 to Surf Ave and West 8th St; or B68 to Surf Ave and West 5th St, walk three blocks west. (Other bus routes in Brooklyn, well as buses from other boroughs, intersect with B36 and B68. Call New York City Transit Authority for Specific Routes: (718) 330-1234.)
