Seth Meyers of SNL's Weekend Update fame has his own show with celebrity guests and comedy. You can reserve tickets ahead, or see just the monologue rehearsal. You'll need to arrive around 4:30, and the show starts around 6:30pm. Stand-by tickets are sometimes available the same day, but it's recommended that you book the first week of every month for the following month.

For monologues: the interns hand out tickets to the rehearsal at 12:30 p.m. in The Shop at NBC Studios at 30 Rockefeller Plaza (accessible via the 6th Avenue entrance)
For stand-by: The line forms close to the plaza on 49th street and starts at the front of the Harry Potter window. Please note that the line no longer forms directly under the marquee. After 9:00 a.m., any remaining stand-by tickets will be available in The Shop at NBC Studios at 30 Rockefeller Plaza (accessible via the 6th Avenue entrance). The show typically announces the release date for each month's tickets during the first week of month prior. That means that April tickets release date would be announced during the first week of March, May ticket release would be announced during the first week of April, etc. Please consult The Tonight Show's official Ticketing Twitter account @FallonTix and their web page during the first week of the month to stay up-to-date on Ticket Release date info.
